No sugar cheesecake

3 cups of whipping cream

8 packets of Splenda or any sweetener you choose

2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese room temperature

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups of mixed berries or your favorite cheesecake topping

Optional

32 nilla wafers crushed

In a large mixer or standing mixture whip the whipping cream with 3 Splenda packets until stiff peaks form. Set aside

In another bowl mix cream cheese, 3 Splenda packets, and vanilla until smooth.

Slowly add whipping cream mixture until fully incorporated.

I used jars to serve mine but you can add them to bowls or a spring form pan spread cream cheese mixture refrigerate for 3-4 hours (it can be eaten right away it just gets firmer if you refrigerate) then top with berries with 2 Splenda packets sprinkled on top.

If you want to add a crust

In a large baggy add nilla wafers and smash them till they are fine texture like sand add a little to each jar or press into a spring form pan. Top with cheesecake mixture and then berries
