Happy national taco day

In honor of national taco day we had shrimp taco’s

This recipe is super easy just add 2 tbsp. of your favorite fajita seasoning (I make my own using 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp of each onion powder, granulated garlic, salt, cumin, and black pepper, a few pinches of cayenne pepper to taste) 2 pounds of peeled and deveined shrimp, 3 cups of your favorite veggies cooked (I used frozen fajita/stirfry veggies) Cook your veggies first then add your shrimp and cook on high until the shrimp are fully cooked it only takes about 5 minutes. heat serve in your favorite tortilla
