And finally,

I saw this idea on Pinterest.com . You get a jar and fill it with marbles which symbolizes the pounds you need to lose. Get another jar and when you lose weight you add one of those marbles in it. I used buttons because I have an abundance of them and did a little glitter glue around it. Here is the result…
